Shuangfeng Qirun Machinery Parts IMP&EXP Co., Ltd. is a trading company exporting crusher wear parts and grinding media. We operate the website qrmech.com.

2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you actively give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.
2.1 Inquiry form
When you submit the quote form on our contact page, we receive the fields you fill in:
- Full name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Message (required)
- Company, country, crusher brand / model, part number, material requirement (all optional)
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data such as identity document numbers, payment card details or health information.
2.2 Server logs
Like virtually every web server, our host records standard technical information for each request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user-agent and referring page. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
2.3 Analytics
The site is prepared to use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for aggregate traffic measurement. These tools load only when a measurement ID has been configured. If no ID is set, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is written. Where analytics is active, it is used to understand which pages are useful — not to identify you personally.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Your inquiry may be shared only with:
- Our partner foundries, where technical details are needed to quote or manufacture your part. We share the technical specification; we share your contact details only when you ask us to put you in direct contact.
- Freight forwarders and customs brokers, where shipping is required to fulfil your order.
- Our hosting and email providers, acting strictly on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Our company and our web server are located in China. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data-transfer rules, your inquiry data will be transferred to and processed in China. We ask you to submit only the business information necessary to prepare your quote.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an order: kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you return.
- Inquiries that lead to an order: kept as long as required by applicable commercial, tax and customs record-keeping rules.
- Server logs: rotated on a short cycle in the normal course of server maintenance.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@hnfwe.com from the address you used to contact us, and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking. It sets no cookies of its own for browsing. Where analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set its own cookies; you can block these through your browser settings or a privacy extension without losing access to any part of the site.
We load our web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and your IP address is visible to that service.
9. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Inquiry submissions are stored on our server with restricted access. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the business data involved.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above.
